I’ve found that one of my pet hates recently is when I notice people writing WordPress as Wordpress. Notice the capital ‘P’!
I’ve been seeing more of it lately, especially in site titles. In my opinion, not using the correct grammar makes a site look a bit unfinished and unprofessional
WordPress actually attempts to fix it for you. In fact, I’ve had to disable the capital P dangit function in order for this post to make sense.
So just remember, don’t do what WP Honey Badger does. Don’t be shy, it’s not evil or anything.
It’s not hard to remember. One word. Two capitals – W and P. Easy-peasy. NOT two words and one capital.

One of my pet hates is when people don’t know the difference between spelling and grammar.
Spelling just means writing the correct letters in the correct order. Capitalisation is nothing to do with spelling.
WordPress and Word(p)ress are spelt (“spelled”) the same. Capital letters is a grammar issue, not a spelling mistake.

You’re correct of course, and in fact it passed my mind when I saw a notification for this post, even before I saw what you wrote.
I’m not really sure why I went with “spelled”. I suppose it might be because there isn’t really way to use “grammar” in the same way. I suppose it could have been omitted from the title entirely.
